Returns Policy
 
Arria Inc. has established the returns policy as described below for any and all products that are provided by Arria Inc. either as represented on this Site or otherwise presented by Arria Inc.
 
Non-Damaged & Performing Products
Products that are delivered in a non-damaged condition and products that perform the function they are meant to perform as indicated in the manufacturer’s or the supplier’s product literature shall not be returnable and no refund shall be issued for these products.
 
Products Damaged In Shipping
If you believe that any Material on the Site infringes your copyright or trademark rights, you may request such Materials be removed by contacting Arria Inc. at the contact phone 913-451-9696 or by e-mail at sanjiv@arriainc.com.
The following information shall be provided on a notarized statement from you as well as the authorized representative of the holder of the copyright, stating that you make this statement under penalty of perjury, that the information supplied is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf:
    • Advise Arria Inc. of the details with regards to receipt of product in a damaged condition, including a description of damage to product and a description of condition of packaging as received. This advise to be made within 48 hours of delivery of product via e-mail to sanjiv@arriainc.com.
    • Save all packaging material so the carrier may inspect damage
    • Wait for a return authorization (RMA#) to be issued by Arria Inc.
    • Have the damaged product available for a pick up.
Refund or replacement will be done once the damaged products have been picked up and inspected.
 
Defective Products
In order to qualify a product as defective or non-performing, the receiver of the product must perform the following tasks:
    • Advise Arria Inc. of the details with regards to the defect or the specific nature of non-performance. This advise to be made within 72 hours of delivery of product via e-mail to sanjiv@arriainc.com
    • Wait for a return authorization (RMA#) to be issued by Arria Inc.
    • Have the defective product available for a pick up
Refund or replacement will be done at Arria Inc's discretion for the defective products if the product is deemed defective or non-performing after inspection
